At Flatspot, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring all original labels and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
